HT telescopic arm is a working device installed on the excavator. It consists of the fixed body and the mobile body that extend and retract the mobile body through the action of the telescopic cylinder, so as to achieve a larger excavation radius and a reasonable loading height.
AppliPCions include construction of urban streets such as subway excavation and foundation pit excavation of viaducts. Working with a limited radius.
Product Features
1) For the bending part, we used high strength material HG785 instead of normal Q345b used on the marke, which is highly durable.
2) One-time molding of alrge-scale equipment.
3) For the inside of the Boom and Arm, we redesigned the structure based on FEA.
4) The tube are all Phosphating tube with excellent anti-corrosion and anti-rust ability to better protect the hydraulic system,
and provide more power to the work.
5) Cooper sets have been used on the connector instead of normal steel sets used on the market.

Packing and Shipping
1.We pack it by film at first, then secure it inside the container by fixing to the container wall through steel wire.
2.One container can load 3 complete sets(we use rack to hold the upper sets).
3.Production leadtime is 15 days for 1 set, 20 days for 3 sets.

Ce certifiPCion is for one product, not the whole factory, and we have way too many product lines to registered CE for, but our customers from Europe said it's easy to solve the CE problem. And we are working on the CE certifiPCions registration process, in order to save our customers' time in the furture.
